Noodles SMS Terms and Conditions
Program
Noodles is an automated AI assistant application operated by Kevin Wood. Users text the Noodles number to ask questions, and the application sends automated, informational replies: answers to questions (with source links), local information, confirmations of calendar events and smart-home actions users request, summaries of a user's email when they ask about it, and reminders users explicitly set up. Noodles does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Opting in
You opt in by texting START (or any message) to the Noodles number, (256) 663-5377. The application only replies to people who have texted it first, and only approved users receive responses. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in reply to your texts, plus any reminders you set up.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you text the number again. Other common keywords, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE, also work.

Automated responses
Replies are generated automatically by an AI system and may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on Noodles for emergencies; in an emergency, call 911.
